DESCRIPTION
“ER-APC EXTRA 200” is a highly concentrated natural based cargo tank cleaner with a neutral pH. It is free from chlorinated/aromatic hydrocarbons, caustic and alkalines. It is new generation tank cleaner for excellent hydrocarbon free issue, it replaces many alkaline cleaners, solvent and water based tank cleaners. It can be used for the cleaning of palm oil, vegetable oil, fish oil and soybean oil from cargo tank surfaces. This effective cleaner is low-toxic, fully biodegradable and safe to use for the operating personal.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE/ APPLICATION RATES AND DOSAGE RATES
Direct Injection Method: Prepare 0.1-0.5 % cleaning solution with fresh water, leave the solution on the surface for 5-10 minutes than wipe away. Heat the solution to get better results up to 60°C. It is not corrosive so it can be used on every surface. Recirculation Method: Prepare 0.1-0.5 % cleaning solution with fresh water and circulate or spray with water jets to clean contaminated tank surfaces. Recirculate at least 3-4 hours around 30-60 °C. The solution can be re-used until it is no longer effective. After circulation make the test and rinse the tank with fresh or DI water depending on the next Cargo. For Veg-Palm Oil Cleaning : Circulate the tank with cold sea water 1.5 hours, than circulate the tank with hot sea water (50-60 o C ) for 1.5 hours. Finally, circulate the tank with “ER-APC EXTRA 200” 1 (One) hour around 40-50 C. Spot Cleaning: Depending upon the contamination, ER-APC EXTRA 200 should be sprayed undiluted or diluted between 0.1-10% and allowed to soak on the area for 20 – 30 minutes. Finally, rinse the tank with plenty of hot fresh water around 30-40 minutes. For small residues and for last Hydro Carbon Free issues, usage will be around 0.1%. Afterwards tanks must be washed down with plenty of fresh water. For cleaning tuff cargo residues prepare a solution 5-10 % with hot fresh water and apply same procedures with spot cleaning. While cleaning and rinsing the tank surfaces, the efficiency of the solution can be increased by using warm water up to 60°C.
