DESCRIPTION
ERCLEAN BUFFER is advised to use when the cargo thanks have to be completely free of lead, chlorides or sulfite before loading high purity cargoes.
ERCLEAN BUFFER is a cleaner for zinc and epoxy based tank coatings. After cargoes like leaded gasoline, gasoline blends containing MTBE, carbon tetrachloride, methylene chloride and virgin naphtha use ERCLEAN BUFFER to clean and upgrade coated cargo tanks. It removes lead, hydrocarbons, chlorides, sulfides from zinc silicate and epoxy coatings.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE/ APPLICATION RATES AND DOSAGE RATES
Different application methods are described in below paragraphs but for all methods the fallowing information is valid. DO NOT DILUTE ERCLEAN BUFFER WITH SEA WATER OR RIVER WATER. Use fresh water for dilution.
SPRAY METHOD: Use ERCLEAN BUFFER undiluted, spray 1 L to 3-5 m2 and wait 40 -50 minutes for product to penetrate. Wash with freshwater.
RECIRCULATION METHOD: Prepare 10% ERCLEAN BUFFER with fresh water in a slop tank and heat it to 50 – 60 oC . With the prepared solution wash tanks for 1 -2 hours than rinse with fresh water. Make final washing with DI water if you need your tanks free from chloride.
