DESCRIPTION
“ER-PASSIVATING LIQUID” is an acid based concentrated liquid which used for passivating pickled installations and tank surfaces. Passivation process creates a protective chromium oxide film against corrosion contamination.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE/ APPLICATION RATES AND DOSAGE RATES
ER-PASSIVATING LIQUID, can be applied with spray, brush, immersion baths or circulation methods, to the performed pickling surfaces. The product should be used undiluted. Note that 1 liter of the product may cover 12 m2.
After applying ER-PASSIVATING LIQUID to the surface by brush or spray methods wait for 15-20 minutes. After that, wash the surface with distilled water.
In circulation method, fill the system with ER-PASSIVATING LIQUID and circulate for 2 hours. After this operation, drain the system and wash it with distilled water.
