DESCRIPTION
“ER-APC” is an ecological water based cargo tank cleaner. It is a superior high-quality cleaner and degreaser to remove oil, diesel oil or mineral oil from any surface. ER-APC is low-toxic, biodegradable and safe to use for the operating personel. Besides Tank Cleaning properties ER-APC is an excellent cleaner for machine rooms, decks, cabins, tool cleaning and floor cleaning. ER-APC is also very effective cleaner to remove the stains from woven fabric, rugs, couch etc. It is a highly foaming product. It can also be used together with foam agent if needed.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE/ APPLICATION RATES AND DOSAGE RATES
General Cleaning:
For such usage prepare 2-3% ER-APC solution with water, apply it on dirty surface with mop, brush or sprayer. Wait for 5-10 minutes then rinse with water. Heat the solution to get better results. For heavy duty cleanings use the product directly without dilution over the oily surface and leave it for 5-10 minutes, brush the surface and rinse with water.
Direct Injection Method:
Use 10-15 % cleaning solution in fresh water, leave the solution on the surface for 5-10 minutes than wipe away. Heat the solution to get better results. It is not corrosive so it can be used on every surface.
Recirculation Method:Use 0,1-1,0 % cleaning solution in fresh water and circulate or spray with water jets The solution can be re-used until it is no longer effective.
Spot Cleaning: Depending upon the contamination, ER-APC should be sprayed undiluted or diluted up to 20% in water and allowed to soak on the area for 20 – 30 minutes. It must then be washed down with plenty water.
The efficiency may be increased by using warm water up to 60°C while cleaning and rinsing the surfaces of tank coating
