DESCRIPTION
“ERCLEAN TC” is a heavy duty solvent based cleaner for tank cleaning. ERCLEAN TC is the strongest emulsifying tank cleaning chemical for the removal of heavy mineral oils and fats by direct injection, spraying and/or recirculation methods. ERCLEAN TC is produced for removing heavy contaminations. It is not suitable for human usage at indoors cause of heavy solvent odor. Cleaning should be done by using special masks at closed areas.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE/ APPLICATION RATES AND DOSAGE RATES
Direct Injection Method for Cargo Tanks
Usually an injection rate of 0.1 to 0.5 liter ERCLEAN TC per 100 liters of tank wash water is sufficient. Cleaning time should be 2-6 hours. Subsequently rinse with water.
Hand Spraying Method
Spray ERCLEAN TC undiluted on to the surface by using a spray gun. After pre-determined reaction time, rinse the tank with plenty of water. Reaction time changes according to the tank dimensions and total tank area.
Recirculation Method
Required solution strength is 0,1-0,5 % ERCLEAN TC. Circulation should be performed at 50-55 ˚C. After chemical cleaning the tanks should be rinsed thoroughly with sea water or fresh water depending on availability and requirements.
